At the moment, I am actively engaged in the creative process of developing Faces Of God, which is anticipated to be released by the Fall of 2026. While I am still in the early stages of this project, I have a clear vision for its direction and the impact I hope it will have on my audience. This story delves into complex relationships and the intricacies of human emotion, aiming to provoke thought and evoke strong feelings among readers. I am excited about the possibilities this narrative holds and the unique voice it will bring to my body of work.
Here is a rough outline of the spoiler-free plot. When a grieving nine-year-old begins drawing her missing mother as one of God’s angels after returning from a church camping trip, child psychologist Sarah Whitaker is asked to determine whether the girl is coping with trauma — or hiding something far worse. But as the child’s visions grow more disturbing, Sarah begins experiencing strange hallucinations of her own: flowers blooming from skin, women hidden in the trees, and memories of a cabin tied to her childhood that no longer feels entirely forgotten.
Faces of God is a psychological horror novel about inherited shame, religious trauma, buried violence, and the terrifying ways grief can reshape the truth into something almost holy.
